The GROWTH Challenge

Starting Oct 1st we’re going to commit 60 days to healthy hair habits. I want to keep this SUPER SIMPLE so that it’s not a drastic change in your current routine. I broke it down to a schedule almost like the one you’ll find in our Bomb Maintenance Routine. Daily: •Drink plenty of water, at least 8 cups per day (I sometimes add 8oz of aloe Vera juice a day) •That’s it! Weekly Up to Three Times Per Week: •Scalp massages with your choice of our Crown Growth collection. This will encourage blood circulation and nutrient deposits for growth •Apply Crown Growth oil to your ends. Growth isn’t just a root/scalp thing. Preservation of your ends is what maintains length. Weekly to Biweekly: •Deep Conditioning Treatment. Follow instructions to this powerful treatment in our guide the Best Deep Conditioning Treatment

•Prepoo to encourage scalp stimulation, moisture and nourishment. (This will also keep shampoos from stripping) Biweekly to Monthly: •Hot Oil Treatment. This is pretty simple and you can find the instructions in our guide the Bomb Hair Maintenance Routine using our Crown Growth collection. Styling: •LOW LOW LOW manipulation is the goal. •Detangle gently and carefully this will minimize hair loss/breakage. Preferably with your fingers and from the ends up •ALWAYS wear a bonnet to sleep Don’ts: •While we’re at it let’s quit soda and high sugary drinks •No HEAT whatsoever!!!!!!!! •No excessively tight styles •No sulfates •No added proteins in partner products (shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner etc) •No overstyling
